Connecting Front MCP to Town

The Front MCP to Town (town.com) connection keeps dropping, can help to troubleshoot this please? It is a critical integration for us. We need to manually reconnect it each time it drops. I’ve attached a few screenshots for reference. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out and for the detailed report. We're looking into this and want to make sure we diagnose it correctly before jumping to a fix. A couple of quick questions that would help us narrow it down:

  1. How is the integration authenticated? OAuth (user login) or an API key? If OAuth, has the authorizing user's password or SSO config changed recently?
  2. When it recovers, is that manual or automatic? I.e. does someone reconnect it, or does it self fix on its own?
  3. Any deployments or config changes around June 10, 15:32? That's when the ~18.5hr outage started, so something may have changed around that time.
