Bug - Agent stopped posting mentions to webhook

We have a BYO agent that can create drafts based on @-mentions in threads. 

Everything was working as expected for a long time, but suddenly our backend has stopped receiving webhooks since 9 am ET this morning. 

We validated this across multiple conversations, also ones where we knew it was working before.
