Hi,

Is it possible to generate a list of all the emails I’m subscribed (not assigned) to? For example, if I go on holidays and have a ton of emails subscribed but not assigned then I come back to a sea of emails - UGH! I would like to get a view or list to see what I’m subscribed to so I can manage it. Is this possible? I have tried the subscribed in the side panel but nothing appears here. What is the purpose of the subscribed on the sidebar?

Okay I have a deeper understanding of the issue now but still two things remain. Only open subscribed items appear in the subscribed section so how do you see the archived ones? When I re assign a conversation the system subscribes me yet this does not appear in the subscribed section even though it’s not archived. The crux of this is that is there some way to cleanly see what I’m subscribed to?

Hi there! Cat here from the Front support team 🌻

You’ll find the archived/resolved conversations to which you are a Subscriber in your Done section.

The Later section contains conversations in Waiting/Snoozed status.

You’ll find more details about the redesign here: Exploring Front’s new inbox experience

And this guide breaks down the different sections of your sidebar: Understanding your inbox sections

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Cheers,
Cat

I resolved this on my own, but for others, here is how I got there. As above, you go to Done, and then you select a filter for a person on your team who is assigned. This will show you all the emails you are subscribed to but are assigned to your selected teammate. The next step is the purge. Select a chunk of the emails and choose unsubscribe. You repeat this process until the list is complete and then move on to the next teammate. I came back to 20 emails instead of 130 on the last vacation, so it works.
