I am trying to set some custom rules and I am missing AND condition. There is only OR condition available. I have seen Front demo videos that showed AND condition but it is not possible for my to change OR to AND. I have Growth plan but I don’t see any difference with Scale plan here https://front.com/pricing when looking at workflow rules.

You can refer to this help article to learn more about AND & OR conditions in rules. That said, referring to the picture below, the ‘+ condition’ (in red) will add an AND rule conditional block. Clicking the ‘+ OR’ (in blue) will add an OR conditional block.
If you don’t see this in your rule engine please reply with a screenshot.
posting my rule. I want to send auto reply message on Friday from 12:01 AM to 7:59 AM. Will it work ?
Your rule IF conditions are set up accurately if you want to send the message template on Friday between 12:01AM to 7:59AM. The reason the rule might not be working is because of the Reply ‘once’ condition. This rule action will only work if the reply is for a single inbound message on a new conversation. I.e. it won’t work on any conversation with more than one message. You can read this article to set up an auto-replier
