Do you think that everyday use of the new UI will help you get over the feeling of getting lost when doing the work?

New Front UI Feeling
No, the new UI is at least 10 steps behind the old one.. This one makes everything harder/needs more clicks to do one action (and NO, i won’t be learning shortcuts because front says i need to).
Whoever designed and approved this made a huge mistake and clearly knows nothing of UI/UX.
Why hide information from your user?
Why make actions harder/requiring more steps to perform?
Who approved the contrast ratio for dark mode? (it’s the worst i’ve seen ever).
