HI! Is it possible to upload an Excel file that shows our transit time for delivery lanes into Front Knowledge base and then have that information auto-populate/suggest response into an email response based on the email containing “transit time”?

Hi, 

While you can’t upload a CSV directly, you can copy+paste the content into a knowledge base article, and Front AI should pick up that context when crafting replies / suggested responses.

To add to this, while Excel files can’t drive dynamic responses, teams can keep transit times up to date by summarizing them in structured Knowledge Base articles or using multiple saved replies by region or lane. These can then be surfaced through keyword-based rules, helping agents respond faster while maintaining consistency.
