What is the best way to append a message to the end of all company signatures without updating each one manually?

Hi Lisa,

Greatly appreciate your question here around appending content to signatures!

At the moment, we don’t have a bulk update path in the app that will add content to the team’s signatures, and in order to add in the new content each signature will need to be edited individually.

As a next step we would love to see you submit a request for it at this link

This feature submission form is linked to our Product Ideas Portal which is accessible to all users. When features are submitted, they are listed in the Ideas Portal and can be upvoted by other Front customers who may want the same feature to improve their team's workflows. You'll receive an email update if your feature is developed and shipped!

In the meantime, I wanted to share our API reference here for signatures that may help provide a more programmatic path to making an update. This would require a technical resource on your team to help build and perform, but may provide a path for a script or process to be made to edit signatures:

Organization-wide Email Headers / Footers
ARE Possible!

Organizations that use Exchange / Microsoft 365 for their email server, can configure their email server to append an email 'header/footer' to every outbound email!  This footer can contain a privacy disclaimer, marketing message, holiday greetings, etc.

Here is a link to the Microsoft article on how to enable this function:
Organization-wide disclaimers, signatures, footers, or headers in Exchange Server | Microsoft Learn

See Example below:

Would this footer also make it possible to include user image to company level signature?

It would be awesome to be able to add it just like:

{{user.name}}
{{user.image}}

But that’s naturally not possible since there’s no images of the users available anywhere where Front could access them directly (except for the profile images of some users, but it would be quite risky to bring them to signatures directly 😅).
