Is it possible to create a group email contact (several email addresses in one group) which you can then send an email out with? What I’m trying to achieve is a team list of contacts that I could enter the group name in a new email instead of each individual person. Same process with adding a comment under an email could one use a group contact?

Hey @harry! Yes, you can do both:

Emailing a group of people: Use contact lists and add the people to the list, and then type in the list in the To field to populate all the recipients. Instructions here.
Mentioning a group of people: Use a custom mention rule by creating a rule that says “when comment body contains XYZ, then mention teammates ABC.” Instructions here.

Yes it does. The changes must take some time as the first time I tried this it did not work but now appears. I however did no know about making the rule for the comments. I tried the rule but it simply notifies the list and does not subscribe them or does it?
