Annie from the Support Team here. Currently we do not have a way to move/copy workspace/individual rules and make them company rules. In the meantime I would recommend recreating them on a Company level. I would also encourage you to submit a request for this option at this link.
This feature submission form is linked to our Product Ideas Portal which is accessible to all users. When features are submitted, they are listed in the Ideas Portal and can be upvoted by other Front customers who may want the same feature to improve their team's workflows. You'll receive an email update if your feature is developed and shipped!
Most of the improvements you see to Front come from ideas and suggestions like yours, so thank you for making Front even better!
Regarding the "Company rules affect this inbox" setting, it is managed individually within each inbox's settings. To enable company rules for an inbox, you'll need to go into that inbox's settings and toggle the option on. Currently, there isn't a way to enable this setting for all users or inboxes at once; it must be done manually for each inbox.
