I love the idea! We tried to use this new feature a few days ago but ended up creating a test ticket again to double check the new rule. We didn’t have a relevant ticket at hand!
Would it be possible to create a hypothetical “test ticket” within this feature? That would be perfect, at least for our way of working :D
Very exciting addition! Being an organization that is newer to using Front, it is incredibly valuable to be able to test as we formulate rules.
