Support customers in any language, across channels

This is great news.

The assignment I support is in constant communication with offices and stakeholders around the world who do not speak English. We will certainly use this feature, along with the knowledge base, to increase effectiveness, reduce budgetary costs associated with document translation, and provide faster, more accurate responses to our stakeholders in their own language.
