Are there plans to generate recommended staffing requirements based off of historical/projected volume?

Thanks for raising this, your input helps us prioritize where to bring the most value into the add-on. Workload forecasting/projections is indeed one of the key building blocks of a full WFM solution. It’s not on our immediate roadmap, but it’s a top follow-up we’re actively considering for future development (Q4 and beyond). We’ll keep you updated as plans evolve!
