Why introduce a new UI that requires 5X more clicking?
Its a pure nightmare - especially the search bar that is moved and the contrast is a huge problem for me
I think with time, people may get used to it. It will take a lot of adjusting to rewire our minds into working with the new UI in as much as it is easier from a technical point of view.

Nope, having to look down on my keyboard, find the “/” since its not the place where you usually put your fingers, then look up again, see that you have moved into a pop up screen. Type what you search for. Hit enter - THEN find the search results - is not something I will get used to. I search 100 times a day, and I still find that I have to think “where this f search button again”.
And dont get me started on the contrast. I had to change screen contrast just to be able to see the differences on the fields instead of just a wall of text
The new UI is just plain and simply very poorly executed and should never been forced unto people this soon. Ive also sent support email regarding this, pleeding to revert the changes until they are acctually ready to launch the new UI.
As it is now, seeing how many is complaining, its insane that they dont listen, respond or act in any way
Cause whoever designed and approved this nightmare of version clearly knows nothing of UI/UX and doesn’t use front at all.
It’s really feeling like people justifying their jobs by doing work that doesn’t need to be done and, by doing so, creating additional work for themselves because now they need to fix everything they just messed up.
I have yet to see a single response from someone saying how it’s improved their workflow in any way. Everything is extra clicks or more steps to accomplish.
Being told to get used to it or learn more shortcuts is absolutely ridiculous when everything was working just fine before the update. It’s getting more frustrating every day that they are basically ignoring the complaints.

They acctually told me on email that they got alot of “good respons” on the new design and workflow, it was only the “older users” that had issues so we basicly needed to adapt. its our problem it seems
Yep, we feel the same. There’s key functionality been removed with not a lot of improvements.

What a great way to insult and alienate your customer base. We have a mix of “older” and younger people within our company and everyone dislikes the new UI.
I used to remove the Inbox tag so I could keep things active in other tags without keeping it in my inbox...but now I have to click +, click Tags, find my Inbox tag, and unclick it to remove because it doesn’t show up as a tag in the header anymore.
REALLY annoying they added so many clicks for such simple things.
