What are the benefits of using Dialpad with Front? I’m mostly looking for a feature we can enable for SMS messages, but am interested in learning other possibilities. Is there an article I can read more about this?

We are actively looking at Telephony integration with Front.  Ultimately, we would like to be able to have seamless integration for voice, SMS & MMS messaging, that includes logging.  

We’re currently under contract with Zoom (Damned Plannedemic!) for another year+, so we’re hoping a robust Front Zoom integration happens sooner, rather than later.

In combination with your Dialpad Inbox, you can manage all your call activity in one place in Front. Hi there! I am in the early stages of setting up Front for our Owner Liaisons (aka client communication team), is there vast benefits of using Dialpad over alterative programs, such as WhatsApp?

We currently all use independent cell phone numbers, and will likely have to change our numbers to switch to Dialpad, the porting process seems lengthy. We tend to be 50/50 in office and in the field, visiting properties for the home owners. 

Would it make more sense to switch to utilizing Dialpad for calling and SMS function, or a program like WhatsApp that may better utilize existing phone numbers?
