We are experiencing the same issue.
A fix has been deployed and we are seeing email delivery services have recovered. We’re continuing to monitor and process backlog.
Who is the genius that decided to roll this update out during business hours?! Still haven’t gotten a return call on this and our license is up for renewal on a month. Having no contact besides a forum for your clients is very poor.

Sorry you experienced this. We roll out updates to our software all day (typically 10-20 deployments daily), and we usually see no issues. This was an exceptional case - our team are working to identify the root cause, and we will adjust our processes to ensure we do not experience this again.
