Is it possible to take out the trash?  There seems to be no way to delete the emails in the trash bin or clean it up.

Thanks,

Harry

Hi Harry, have you seen this icon? I tried it a successfully deleted a conversation in the trash after selecting Delete Permanently.

I hope this helps!

That works but not exactly how I was hoping to do it.  This will delete an individual email but not if you use control A to empty the bin.

Seems the issue is boxes.  You can do this with only one box so that is a bit of a solution.

I guess the real question here is should we even bother taking out the trash?

Hey @harry, Phoebe here with the Front team.

Front doesn’t impose storage limits, so there’s no need to empty the trash to clear up space. If you still want to clear things out en masse, I’d recommend setting up a Retention Policy, which will permanently delete items in the Trash after a certain amound of time.
