Is there a way to enable a signature to automatically appear at the end of every message?

 

It works on email but is there a plugin or a feature coming that will allow the signature to appear on anything non email. It could just be a Front feature that puts it in the text box for you. Doesn’t have to sync with the respective apps

This is not currently possible, I’m afraid. Front signatures are only compatible with email channels. That said, I encourage you to submit this as an idea on our Ideas Portal here: https://community.front.com/ideas 💡

 

While this is not possible at the moment, a workaround could be to create a rule to run on those other inboxes, that creates a draft with a message template already in it, containing the signature information you’d like to include. The steps to get this set up would be:

  1. Create a message template with your signature information
  2. Create a new rule that triggers on inbound messages in the desired inboxes and select the “Create draft” action. In the dropdown select your new Message Template
  3. Add any other conditions you might need in the rule, and you should be good to go! 👍
