Search Box Moved

Quick tip that might help: pressing / or Shift + F will bring up the search instantly, already focused, so no need to click the search icon.

Thanks ​@futureproof, The Cntrl-F function you suggested searches the single individual message that is showing only, not all of the global emails from my inbox. The previous search bar that showed before the app update searched all inbox messages. I have been a long and loyal customer but omitting the ability to easily search messages would cause me to look for another email solution. ​@Front Developer please review and put back the search bar by default or allow users to add it if needed. 

the keyboard shortcut is certainly beneficial, but this re-design is just another massive miss by an app that tries to reimagine something that doesn’t need to be redesigned.  I can’t wait for my organization to ditch it. 

The search bar is far from ancillary. I use it hundreds of times each day over 8-hour sessions — it’s essential to how I work.Please put it back! 

No, SHIFT + F doesnt work unfortunately

I use search ALL the time, working with Front went from a pleasure to a nightmare

I’m working with macbook. Shift + F does not work at all. Please reinstate the original search bar in the top of front

Doesnt wokr in Windows either . its BS. Though I somewhat solved the problem by using Logitech Gear and assigning one of the mousebuttons to keystroke “/”

Command shift + F works. But it’s a workaround for the request: please re-instate the full screen wide searchbar into front. It was convenient, don’nt know why the restyling cut off the searchbar.

Also: searching in front is set to: subscribed mails standard. Searching in all mail takes extra actions (delete the “Subscribed” part in the search bar), can this be changed within the settings?
