I am trying to create a rule that will follow up an archived email, in a specific mail box, after 7 days with a reminder to respond to a quote.  The rule runs but replies to me instead of the customer…. Anyone help?

Thank you Cori and Phoebe for your help problem is now resolved. It was down to the way I was testing the rule.
