At the moment, admin’s don’t have the ability to change a teammate’s password. If a password needs adjustment and the original has been forgotten/lost we will want to navigate to the Front login page at app.frontapp.com and select the “Forgot Password?” link. Here the profile’s address can be used to attain an email which will provide prompts to set a new password for the profile.

While Front doesn’t have a path for admins to do this type of action in app, we do have an idea for this here in our product roadmap where a vote can be added: https://front.ideas.aha.io/ideas/PRD-I-2192. Votes on ideas an new idea submissions can help provide notifications and updates around the idea and if its released in a future update to Front.
