Is there a plugin for note taking?  I use the notepad on my computer for taking all of my notes for different emails and once I don’t need that note anymore I delete it...I want to be able to keep the notepad on the side panel of my inbox where the plug-ins are instead of having to go back and forth between tabs.

Hi there! Cat here from the Front support team.

I’m afraid we don’t specifically have a note-taking app integration. All our integrations are documented here if you’d like to have a look at what is available: https://front.com/integrations

You can also add notes to conversations in the Contact details plugin (see here https://help.front.com/en/articles/2226#notes). These notes apply to the Contact record.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns!

Cheers,
Cat

You could probably use integrations like Monday, Todoist, and Asana to accomplish note taking. These are all available through our App Store.

Thank you! I’ll research those 3….I’ve never heard of about 90% of the apps you have so it’s time consuming reading through each one 😅

Another potential reason to integrate OneNote!  PRD-I-6219

Hi there! I use the Asana integration very regularly for jotting down some thoughts (especially when they require follow up) and setting due dates for reminders as well! You might also be able to leverage the calendar plug in to serve a similar purpose, if you have to schedule time for a follow up task or anything. Hope this helps!
