Front does not currently have a native integration with Telus. For a list of the integrations we support, you can check out this page on our website. 

I’d definitely recommend submitting a feature request in our Ideas portal for this integration! I’m not seeing that it’s been suggested before. :-)

But when you say that you will seamlessly integrate voice calling into Front, will we be able to make calls with our own business number ? How will it work ? Could all our calls go through Front ?

Is it possible to have more in-depth training on the Front application? I have several questions regarding the statistics too, I don't find it very clear. Can you direct me to someone for a one-on-one meeting ?

Front integrates with several voice providers. You can find more information on each provider here: Voice Integrations. 

For example, our Aircall and Dialpad integrations allow you to accept and make phone calls directly in Front. We suggest contacting them directly to obtain detailed information on the possibility of using your existing business number.
