New to front and looking for consultant.

Recently transitioned to front after 5 years with Trengo.

I am looking for someone to consult with me to make full use of front and to streamline our communications.

TBH my hard drive is full and doing a brain format is not possible.  I have more pressing matters to attend to so would prefer to hire someone experienced in setting up front to work better for me and save myself the stress and learning curve.

Fairly straightforward use for us so I think someone with knowledge and experience could tune us up quickly.

If you are anyone you know would be interested please drop me a message.  Would really appreciate it.

    Hey there!

So excited to see you’re getting started with Front — welcome! Currently Front does not offer a service to set up a company’s Front instance for them. However(!) we do have great resources to get you started on your journey:

Those should all get you using Front in no time. If you have any specific questions, you can always reach out to Front’s Support Team via email (support@frontapp.com) or through the Customer Portal.

Thanks Annie, I have checked Upwork and Fiverr hoping to find an experienced Guru/expert to hire but no one has front listed lol.  I will try to muddle through it.  I have found in my life it is often quicker and less stressful to outsource this to knowledgable people to free up my time for the normal day to day work.

Still need to find myself that perfect IT guy that can deal with all my technical issues lol.

Thank you for the update, Javier.  Unfortunately, I do not have the time to dedicate to learning and implementing Front myself, so I am actively looking for someone to help configure it for us professionally.  I emailed proserve@front.com but have not received a response yet.

It is a shame, as Front looks like a fantastic product and I wish we could get it properly configured to use as intended.

Thank you for your help, and I appreciate your time.

I understand completely @mactep76. Our ProServe team should respond back, so let me know if they don’t by early next week. We’ve also been looking for independent consultants to help customers out, as our paid services are sometimes bigger packages than what you might be looking for, but we don’t have a reliable network of implementation partners yet. I’m advocating for this use case, though
