Logo in signature - not working

Hi there,

We’re a small team and half of us have a break in the logo that’s been working fine in our signatures for years. Any ideas? The code appears consistent across the team.

Would you mind opening a request with our team directly via https://help.front.com/en/customer-portal?

Please let us know the name of a signature affected, the message ID of a message where the issue was observed and if possible a screenshot showing the behaviour. We’ll take a closer look and get back to you directly after taking a look!

Hi there! There are a couple reasons this may be occurring:

  • Uploaded images from your computer: If you're seeing broken images in your signature when sending messages, try editing your signature and re-uploading the file or using an externally hosted image instead.

  • Externally hosted images: If you see a broken image icon it probably means you haven't set your image to be visible to the public. Please review the settings on your hosting service and try again.

If you’ve tried troubleshooting based on the way these images are hosted, I’d recommend reaching out to the Front Support Team with an example conversation ID so they can dig in a bit further!

Thanks Sadie, but the logo is working for some of our team and is hosted on the website, publicly, and has been for years.
