My team and I are trying to find ways to use our AI answers exports to inform the needed updates to our knowledge base to then in turn improve our AI resolution rate and reduce the amount of emails coming into our team. 

I’m curious if any has found an effective way of doing this, whether it’s using Front’s offerings or supplementing with outside tools?

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated!

Hi Hannah! While there isn’t a Front native option, you could definitely use an external AI tool and feed it the exports and say "which KB articles are we missing here". One recommendation for a tool would be Ariglad! https://front.com/integrations/ariglad


@hannahw While details aren’t solidified yet, Front plans to provide these recommendations in some way in the future.


A custom agent would likely be your best best, this would give you more control on the training/output of the model and ensure to a degree that it does not hallucinate attempting for find answers.
