Since there’s no native Google Chat channel, how is your team bridging the gap between internal chat and Front without losing context?

Hey Nikhil,

Annie from Front’s Support Team here. Great question. If you’d like to communicate amongst your internal team, within a conversation, then I would recommend using Front’s comment feature. However I suspect you might be asking about speaking with teammates, but outside of conversations. If that’s the case then I would recommend checking out Front’s discussion feature. Discussions can be set up 1:1 or with a whole group. Additionally, discussions can be moved into shared inbox to allow for more visibility. I’ve linked both features above if you’d like to check out more information on each option.

I hope you have a lovely day!

Thanks Annie will definitely check this out. However there is a possibility some other colleagues from other teams might not use front and since google chat is what we use in the office I was finding a way of centralising all communication.
