Hello,

We have been experiencing issues in the past 15 hours company wide where email from Gmail accounts are not syncing for our users. Steps we have taken to try and fix this:

  • Restarted the app
  • Updated the app
  • Reauthenticated with Gmail

We are able to send from Front with no issues, so this appears to be a possible imap issue? We have made no changes to our configuration, so we are unsure how to fix this problem. I am not sure if others are experiencing this as well, or if this just limited to our accounts. The status page shows all things operational for Gmail and all other services.

We are not getting inbound emails into any of our shared inboxes as well as not getting inbound emails that were sent directly to our inboxes. Email is landing in our Gmail inboxes, but it does not show up in Front. Most of the team here has received several messages that we can see in Gmail, but it does not show up in any way in Front. None of our settings have changed in the past 24 hours.


Thanks for clarifying! That’s definitely an issue the Support Team should review. Can you please send a header to our Support Team for a message in Gmail and not Front with the subject ‘Attention Sadie’?

Here's how to find this in Gmail: when you are viewing a message, click on the “…” next to the reply button, which will open a dropdown. Please select “Show original”. The message ID will be displayed at the top of the message – please just copy that message ID and send it over!

Once we have that we can take a deep dive here!
