Receiving and sending the personal information of our customers is a critical part of our work and we’ve experienced challenges with encrypting both the body of the message as well as attachments.  How is everyone else achieving this?

Hi there! Cat here from the Front support team 🌻

Front currently has limited additional encryption options over and above our encryption of data at rest using AES-256 bit encryption and data in transit using TLS 1.2 (see: https://front.com/security)

There is an option to set up an email encryption workflow between Front and Microsoft Exchange: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2446528

Plus of course any additional ideas you have on this topic would be very welcome in our Product Ideas Portal! We have a few ideas already on this topic that might strike you as something you’d like to see in the future, so please feel free to also give those a vote and comment: https://front.ideas.aha.io/ideas/search?query=encryption

Cheers,
Cat

Thanks so much, Cat.   I’ve voted for the existing encryption topics.  We use Gmail and have been working diligently with our CSM on ideas as well.
