Hey there,

Alan from Fronts support team here.

With O365 channels, Front uses Microsoft's API servers to send messages - this means we don't control the IPs of the sending servers as it's determined on Microsoft's side. On the other hand, when you send a message directly from Outlook, MS sends the message using a different set of server IPs - these typically have a higher sending "reputation" than their API servers.

The best option for these cases is to reach out to Microsoft support and request an "IP address exception" on their end which will get you moved to an API server with a better reputation.

I was able to find the error code provided - 550 5.7.708 - and I found this information in Microsoft's Help documents:

I hope this information was helpful, and if you need anything again in the future please don’t hesitate to reach back out to us here or to our support team directly.

Have a nice day!
