Is it possible to add/connect internal conversations about a company to the conversation history in Front?
Example:
Internal E-Mail conversation about company A should be added below without an actual contact from company A within the conversation.

Hi Marvin, the way we handle this today is through linked conversations, though I understand that’s not a perfect match to what you’re showing here. Have you used linked conversations before? Is there a reason you are specifically looking for them in this side panel?

Hi @conniechen
We are currently using the Linking feature, but it is not giving us the ability to combine all related conversation to a search list for Quarterly reviews. We have multiple people who work on one customer and we would like to see all topics the customer is contacting us about.
The search bar is not giving the best outpot as a lot more conversations are showing up which are not related to the customer account.

@Marvin K. Got it! Have you tried using the “account” modifier in search? I don’t think this will solve your need around seeing a specific group of conversations within the account (versus all), but does this get you slightly closer to what you’re looking for?

Edit: sorry ignore the above, I forgot the original premise is there’s no account attached!

Have you used this icon next to the plus sign to see all the linked conversations in your conversation list? I actually think this might be closer to what you’re looking for, but this is at the conversation level vs account level.

I hear you on the core problem though, and will take this back to the team. Thanks!
