TL;DR:
- We are launching the features on Monday, December 15 to all users
- This beta group will stay open until February so you have a place to give ongoing feedback
- Tell your teams! Keep giving us feedback!
Thank you for your continued participation, feedback, and testing. We’ve been able to make many quick improvements and fixes with the extra eyes, and are getting ready to launch to all users next week.
Note: If your colleagues do not have access to the features and would like to get access this week, I’m happy to enable the features for them. I’ll do this at a company-wide level, so an admin will need to request this. Just DM or email me!
What to expect next week
Most of you have had access to the toggle and thus the new features for the past couple weeks. Starting next Monday, all users will get access to the toggle, which will be off by default. For a quick reference of the changes, see this help center article.
If your colleagues haven’t tried using the new features yet, I highly encourage you all to post in your internal forums or mention the changes in meetings this week. Our team is on call to address any lingering issues (hopefully nothing big!) or feedback that comes up, and your continued help to communicate the changes is much appreciated.
What’s next for this beta group
I’ll keep this group open until the features are fully rolled out (February 9), so you have a dedicated place to give ongoing feedback. Of course, you’re still free to reach out to the support team, your account manager, or me and the team directly for urgent matters.
We also have a couple fast follow features planned already that I will share for early feedback in the coming weeks, as well as another usability survey (if you haven’t already, answer the first, very quick, two-question survey here!)
Last but not least, thanks for all of the participation. This is the first time Front has run an open beta group, and seeing the continuous engagement has been incredibly motivating for myself and the rest of the team. I hope this has been a valuable use of your time as well. In that vein, feel free to send me any feedback on what worked or what could have been better with the beta group so we can improve future ones.
