After conversations had been merged together (on purpose or by mistake), situations change where we are needing conversations to be unmerged. This cannot be achieved due to the inablity to unmerge conversations. Many times, this has resulted in Employee confusion and conversations being 'lost' due to a merges being done within personal inboxes, shared inboxes and different workspaces. PLEASE give us the ability to Unmerge conversations.
