Merge different conversation types

it would be nice to be able to merge all conversations regardless of type. to be able to add a phone call into an already ongoing email conversation so you can see that action has been made - it also gives a cleaner timeline. the other place it would be useful is that some of our conversations start internally as a discussion then turns into an email conversation, would be great to have the info all together
