I’m back with another usability survey. This is a follow up to the baseline survey I shared about a month ago, and will take you approximately 5 minutes to fill out.
I use the results to help prioritize my team’s roadmap alongside the feedback that comes through our ideas board. For those of you who participated in the survey last time, you should see some of your ideas under consideration in my roadmap post!
The numerical scores also help me measure Front’s user experience so I can get a more quantitative understanding of how usable the platform is. When answering the questions, try to think about your overall experience with Front over the past couple months.
