I’m not sure if I’m late to noticing this, but when I go to my archive the date/time stamps are showing when I archived a conversation. I feel like they used to show when the last message was received and now when I archive several things at the same time that same time is what I see. We’ve had a lot of database query failures that I’m keeping track of, so being able to go to my archive and see the times that the notifications were sent is more helpful than seeing when I archived it. I first noticed this last week when I was helping onboard a new team to Front and their manager was also not a fan of her emails showing when they were archived and not when they were received.

Am I missing a setting here or is this just the way it is now?

Hey @caitlin.crouse - stepping in for Connie here! We just confirmed with engineering that haven’t made any changes here to update this logic, so it seems this has always been the case. Nonethless, I’m interested in your use case here.

Can you help us understand why you’re looking to see data/time stamp of these archived mails? What part of your workflow includes going back through these messages?

To add on, do you happen to be using the “Newest” sort order? This sort order takes the last activity time into account, so perhaps using “Newest unreplied” would better meet your needs in this case?

Regardless, it sounds like what you’re looking for is something more like newest message (without considering activities)?
