Abilty to CC inside a rule

One of the actions inside a rule is to send an email. You can send multiple people each the email of course. What would be great is to send a person an email and cc another person along with it. I use a template email inside a rule, and having to send two or three people the email seems clunky.

I’m not sure if this would be part of the new inbox beta, but I do agree, that would be a great option to have. I have run into similar issues when creating rules. I’d love to have the option to set recipients on a template too.

Also the ability to add others to the Chatbot (which we simply use for customers to submit emails). At the moment, the biggest blocker to our customers leveraging this feature is that they cannot cc their counterparts - so would rather send a standard email (which doesn’t plug into any of our automations otherwise informed by Chatbot selections).
