I love the ability to share scheduling links (you can also do this for groups!) and insert meeting times into replies. It saves a lot of time coordinating meetings!

I’m a huge fan of the Connectors framework which allows you to bring external data into Front. Once you have more of this external data directly within Front, it’s a huge time and focus saver to not have to be switching between tools all the time.

Connectors is such a great one, how could I forget!

Our CTO just plugged rule sets as another one.

I’m a real big fan of comment triggered rules, especially in my individual inbox. As an example, to help with expenses, I’ve created a rule that will forward receipts to my expense software when I add a comment to the conversation. This is especially helpful when I’m on mobile (since I can’t use a macro)

I personally love the rule tester: https://help.front.com/en/articles/2431104

Create a mock conversation, run it by the rule tester, and figure out instantly why your rule didn’t trigger and how to fix it. Makes rule debugging a breeze.

I really like the Shared Drafts feature because it lets us collaborate with teammates on customer responses in real time! There’s no need to forward a copy of the draft for feedback. it’s just like Google Docs, but directly within the actual replies.
