I cant get access to mailboxes

Can you get me access to mailboxes. I have access to them but can’t see them in my sidebar

If you already have access to the inboxes, then it looks like the last step remaining is to pin the inboxes to your sidebar. Once pinned, you should be able to open the inboxes in your workspace. 
 
Can I ask that you follow the steps listed here to pin items to your sidebar and let me know if you see improvements?
