You can change the name of a tag either using our PATCH endpoint to update a tag (https://dev.frontapp.com/reference/update-a-tag) or by going to Settings → Tags → Clicking into a tag, then changing the name from there.

Easiest way I have found to amend tags is via the tags setting.

You can also delete any unused tags here & view the last date they were used, very helpful to clear the clutter or old tags that are no longer relevant to our business.
