We are looking for a report, that will provide the below information to export so that we can merge with our inbound phone traffic.

It’s also possible to download the analytics report Maxime mentioned in-app ( see https://help.front.com/en/articles/2147) if the API option is not suitable.

I suggest checking out our Create Analytics report endpoint, as well as our Analytics topic regarding metrics and the different options we offer to pull data out of Front.

Maxime, thank you for your response I really appreciate it. Maybe I’m just not good at the coding etc but I can’t figure this out. lol
