We could not find raw data about the CSAT but only percentages. We need to recover the data of our customers in a raw format…

 

We are used to working in that way with other CRM solutions.We need the same with front.

 

Do you have some guideline or examples as how to recover CSAT raw data?

Although this is not directly supported, there is one way that you could extract the raw data. This would be from the CSAT-generated comments themselves.

For your use case in particular, you would just want to search for the string "responded to a survey for" since that's how the comments are structured. And then for each conversation you get back, you would want to look at the comments to extract the values.
