We have been using this endpoint for creating & sending messages via Front for a year now :
https://api2.frontapp.com/channels/{channel_id}/messages

All our messages created via this end point yesterday were created as Draft instead of sending.

We have not made any changes.

Could you please investigate ? Our token access scope is Shared resources

Hi @exploitation

Justin here with the support engineering team 👋

Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. The observed behavior seems to be a result of modifications implemented last week. Our engineering team completed their investigation and has reverted these changes resulting in the assignment to the token.

As for the issue regarding messages being in a draft state while using the /channels/{channel_id}/messages endpoint, I would recommend reaching out to our support team directly with a few message or conversation IDs where the personal details of these requests and what led to a draft state can be more appropriately discussed. From there, we can take a closer look at the examples and better determine what is occurring.

Best,
Justin

Also @front @Front Developer when I create a conversation with this endpoint, the conversation is now assigned to my Token…

My token is not a teammate, why is the conversation assigned to it ?
