Consume API with Basic Authentication
Instead of calling Webhook URL without any authentication , can Front consume an API with Basic Authentication and send the Event payload real-time rule based ?

No, Front does not offer this. However, we do provide a means to identify authentic requests. For more information on verifying requests that come from Front, see here: https://dev.frontapp.com/docs/getting-started-with-partner-channels#verifying-that-requests-are-coming-from-front.
