Hello, I would like to ask if it is possible to display the typing indicator while waiting for a response from the API, and secondly, how can I authorize the client logging in to the chatbot via SMS?

We don’t currently have a way to control whether or not a typing indicator appears on Front chat if you’re responding to the message via our API, but I would suggest you submit this as a feature request here: community.front.com/ideas. That way you can be notified once it’s possible in Front!

As for authorizing the chatbot via SMS login, can you elaborate a bit more as to what your workflow is here? Are you attempting to access the chatbot via mobile, or something else? I can then see what we have in Front to possibly accomplish this workflow!
