Hi team,
I am trying to send a automatic reply through message template from API
1.Retreiving the body of the message template
2.Passing the body to the reply conversation
Here i am unable to see the previous conversations like we see it when we click on reply.
Is there a way to also prepend the previous conversation when ever we send an automatic reply .
