Auto-link and preview when a comment mentions a conversation

Question

When I add a comment myself I can mention a conversation (cnv_*) and it will get turned into a link and a little preview added below. When I do that via the API that doesnt happen. I can do the linkify myself as a markdown link but I’d love to be able to get the previews to show as well. Any way to do that?

Hi almost!This shouldwork even for comments that are added via our API🤔 I just tested this myself and got the preview you mentioned.Were your tests performed on similar conversations (from the same inbox) using the same conversation ID?

This seems to be working for me now. I did try a bunch of times in the same conversation with the API added comments and it definitely wasn’t working. All good now though!
