I used to receive email notification of changes to the API functionality.
I recently found that the maximum limit parameter for an event fetch has been reduced from 100 events
to 15 events, but I had not received an email relating to this.
Do such changes still get announced to an email distribution ?

Our change log has moved to the API news & updates page on the community. Make sure to Subscribe to that page to receive email notifications.
That being said, this particular change was made in late 2022 and it was a miss on our part to communicate it out. Apologies for the oversight.
