New UI - Missing links in the header

In the new UI, you can see that EVENTID Object is not displayed anymore.  This was really useful for us, and would be even better if clicking on it opened the link.

In the new UI, to see that there is an object, you need to click on the Subject.

 

Any way to bring this back?

      While I don’t see this reflected in my UI yet, I agree that if Objects/Tags were ever hidden and/or didn’t display the text inputted, that would be a major, major, hinderance for us as well.

        ​@NinjaGumby ​@Liz Thanks for flagging this! The update to display objects in the conversation header is code complete and in the release pipeline. It should be available no later than Tuesday next week!

            We’ve currently got this fix on our latest open beta, which you can join by following the steps that are in this post: 



            We’ll be releasing the fix and the other changes in beta once we have confirmed everything is working and we have an approval from the application stores, which can take some time to complete.
