We don’t use views because they are too limited in the filters we can use. But, the search filters can do everything we need. If only we could save a search with all filters as a view, this would solve all our issues.For example,search for any conversation status, with a specific tag. search for a custom ticket status, with a specific tag. specific keywords with Waiting ticket statusEveryday, we need to redo some search filters for our daily meeting.

We don’t use views because they are too limited in the filters we can use. But, the search filters can do everything we need.

If only we could save a search with all filters as a view, this would solve all our issues.

For example,

search for any conversation status, with a specific tag.
search for a custom ticket status, with a specific tag.
specific keywords with Waiting ticket status

Everyday, we need to redo some search filters for our daily meeting.

Agreed. Also, views should be able to be saved for individual inboxes, not just shared ones.

Thanks for the feedback. The ability to save searches, whether with views or not, is definitely on our radar. Today by default views show all conversation statuses at the top of the conversation list, so that’s not something you need to explicitly select for. Does that meet your needs, at least partially?

Not really, since we need to see all statuses, so we need to look at Assigned, then Unassigned, then Archived, then Snoozed. We just want one list like the search does. And views are missing a lot of the filters.

I completely agree that the views are way too limited. They should have the same customization as searching for something. We should be able to save searches as views in both personal and shared.
