Updates to the Quality Signal Filter in AI Agent Replies Hub

A couple updates to the Quality Signals filter in your agent Replies Hub to help you triage AI Agent replies and review improvement areas for your AI Agents: 

Filter replies by Quality rating: We rate AI Agent drafts and replies based on the quality signals such as the edit level, teammate feedback and AI inferred feedback. 

• Quality Signals > Quality rating > Good / Okay / Poor / No Signal 

Filter for replies by Feedback source: Find replies with teammate feedback, or review replies flagged with AI generated feedback: 

• Quality Signals > Feedback: Filer by Flagged by Teammate or Generated by AI 

If you disagree with the Quality Rating, simply leave a thumbs up or thumbs down and this will correct the quality rating of the AI Agent reply.

You can then mark these replies as reviewed via the UI, or export these replies via CSV. Coming soon, access replies data via the Admin MCP
